MoU is being sort for the first waste plant followed by ten other plants in Kisumu County – 5,720 tonnes per day of MSW produced – negotiations will soon be underway once more following Kisumu County failed tender process.
New Expression of Interest had been requested in 2023 and PSECC Ltd submitted Tender documents – project is ongoing.
